Utilization Dashboard is Skylight's first internal platform, built to help leadership and individual contributors track resource allocation across government contracts. With the company growing to nearly 100 employees serving agencies like Veterans Health Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the tool streamlines how consultants balance their time between client projects and company initiatives.



Role

Product Designer

  • Led end-to-end product development from research through launch, conducting user interviews with ICs and integrating stakeholder requirements 
  • Partnered with content strategist to align interface with company policies 
  • Collaborated with engineer on Quickbooks data integration 
  • Established MVP testing process and feedback channels for continuous improvement
